B. Indivisible Central Virginia also will protest at the Caroline Detention Center, 11093 S W Lewis Memorial Drive, Bowling Green on February 15 from 1:30- 3 pm. ICE is using this facility to house detained immigrants and news reports suggest the facility is illegally over capacity.
