Instead of staying in to watch Slow Horses I took the kids out to see Mitski’s concert film The Land. Not as good as a live show but still pretty gorgeous

I can highly recommend this book I picked up from the free books trolley at the library. Wanderers by Meg Howrey is set in the near future and follows 3 astronauts doing a Mars mission simulation (and their loved ones). Funny, clever and thoughtful. Better than Orbital! #pukapuka

Friends, I’ve been spoiled for a significant birthday and am currently in Aitutaki. The lagoon outside our villa has amazing snorkeling and I saw a moray eel this morning! No pics of the fish but here’s some giant trevally we saw on a lagoon cruise. We swam with them!
