The major keys, in my opinion:
1) Don't isolate. Stay informed.
2) Tune out the noise. Focus on battles that matter.
3) Engage with your representatives at the local, state & congressional levels.
4) Support orgs. fighting dangerous legislation + exec. overreach, and working to elect democrats.
