If you're an author, you're probably fretting over your next bookstore event. Will anyone show up? Will anyone buy the book? Will the floor helpfully open up and swallow you whole so you don't have to face a sea of empty chairs?

My first author visit of the year was with my pal Candi Fritz at Houchin Elementary. This was our three-peat! Candi knows me so well that she created a Tammi Sauer Minifig. I’m holding lipstick and a cookie. It’s like I’m looking in a mirror. 🙂

Our funding depends on usage.

So go ahead and check out that book even if you don't think you'll finish it. No one will know. Check out that DVD even though you might not like it. Get ambitious in your quest for knowledge.
