I was already having a pretty crap day. humidity went away so I went out and did yard work with Guy (dog). I was in the front for 20 mins tops and came back to this in the backyard. He's a crazy active dog, he'll run after a damn mosquito. I was lucky. He was sitting at the backdoor, waiting 🙏🙏🙏

I went to the World Games in 2022 when they were in Birmingham, Alabama, to write about competitive lifesaving and they were like nothing else I have ever covered, in every sense of the phrase. Still giving valuable space on my phone to weird videos of drone racing in a totally empty stadium ❤️
