Was mich auch kränkt ist das Verbot gegen nichtkommerzielle Weitergabe. Die meisten Gelegenheitskonsumenten bekommen, wie auch vor Jahren, Gras über Freunde.

It took me years to enjoy Christmas music again after working in retail. They only played 'secular' holiday music: about Christmas (jingle bell rock, sleigh ride, etc.) and not music about Jesus (go tell it on the mountain).

Either the Constitution is okay with the current state of affairs, or it has been powerless to prevent them. In either case, it's unfit for purpose.
