My updated HTN Guidelines takeaways:
1. Check hyperaldost earlier: I’d previously only been doing resistant, but stage 2 as well (which makes sense with the incidence!)
2. Aggressive combo therapy 1st line
Problem: I’m like 0 for 30 on insurance approval for combo meds
