New PhD paper.

Dental caries preventive interventions for children were NOT cost-effective.

The 'catch'? Results sensitive to including other healthcare costs and time horizon.

We can't refute that #oralhealth isn't essential. But not all dental services are... What dental services should be government funded or not, and if any, cost-sharing, is important for equitable oral healthcare. And also includes oral healthcare by doctors, etc.
