We should already have been doing it after Qatar, but with modern attention span, another reason doesn't hurt

Have you tried eu5? It's a bit more complicated there, slightly more interesting with new mechanics

In other words, Ireland is happy to abandon its European friends in times of need. Noted. Fairweather friend only.

And everyone hates him here already. He was asked numerous times if he would rule out an invasion of Greenland and could not say directly "no", just deflected.

Greenland isn't part of the EU, even though it's a part of Denmark. That said, its citizens are EU/Danish citizens, so their passports work the same.

Ah, understandable given the Latin at the bottom. Older tombstones tend to have the profession in a single Danish word like this, though. Sailor, merchant, baker, smith etc. Used to be common when people had a single, defining profession throughout their lives.

You might find the occasional idiot, but you also find Americans moving to Russia. Hardly a statistically relevant sample.

In addition to that, Frederiksen laughing at his 'absurd' desire to buy Greenland in 2019, and her response to his threats in 2024.

Other European leaders may bend the knee, but I cannot fault our government for how they've represented Denmark against this new threat.
