-incredibly well with a lot of good shot composition. i like how every scene is played off in a very human way and not just exchanges back and forth with a lot of cutting off and talking over each other to get through. its very fun.

sometimes i just like to sit down and watch simple movies.

-bloody turn, resulting in denzel's character robert mccain having to fight his way out, after trying his best to keep the deadly side of him away from his normal life, and unfortunately, it just cant escape him. its sad, but its expected for this specific genre.

-figures of the main characters as untouchable badasses, but i like how denzel washington portrays his role here. i like being able to hear the main protagonist talk a good deal, for one, but i enjoy this type of media.

it’s a plot point that can be easily expanded upon in the incredibly obvious upcoming sequel after how much of a smash hit this was, and i do get it. it was funny and visually such a treat.

i suppose, huntr/x don’t miss.

…kinda just don’t get much else after that and that was one of the large emotional notes that just didn’t fully land cuz we didn’t get to see any payoff. this is also a feeling largely enforced by how, i guess just me personally speaking as someone who understands that struggle, but oh well.

by far the single most important thing is the connection the reader or listener or watcher has with what you are inadvertently saying through your work. i can tell if you don’t care. the way your words translate through your characters or points is incredibly valued. who cares if it’s been done be4.

a lot of fan works can come across as either “unprofessional” or “slapdash” and i personally don’t really care as long as it’s made with care and provides some degree of well-placed thought. you can tell when something is made with hate and id rather not engage.
