TODAY, Wednesday, Nov. 20, call US Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and say, "I'm a constituent and want my rep to vote NO to HR 9495." The bill can ax non-profits at will, esp. groups working to hold the presidency in check. 2nd vote tomorrow.
