Nope, I actually live in a blue state. But because my ex gets SS disability and VA disability, our income was too high for tax credits. Couldn’t afford the $1,600 per month premimim, so we divorced, and I moved out to qualify for Medicaid. Now I go to ‘his’ home and care for him during the day.

Had to divorce my husband of 35 years, move out of my home, and apply for Medicaid just to get surgery. Would love to be home with my husband, but that’s not gonna happen.

I worked in the criminal justice system for almost 25 years, mostly with dv victims. I have had at least 10 cases of abusers who actively purchased guns. They then use those guns to abuse, kidnap, and intimidate victims. Not one case was taken over by the feds, but Hunter’s case was? Pure politics.

I had to get divorced in order to afford healthcare to treat my breast cancer. He is getting free health care, but then turns around and complains about getting free healthcare! Guess I should have committed a few felonies.
