Of course people are responsible for what they say. The issue is what type of speech, if any, deserves societal consequences (which results in a type of censorship) and whom decides these limits.

I mean, how can it even be proven the poll results were wrong? It could have been 100% correct but the publishing of the results increased turnout from his base while simultaneously decreasing Kamala’s voter turnout

Good point. BlueSky is insular and the talking heads on hear go so far left dem/left leaders may have a better chance of seeing how authoritarian, deranged, and misinformed the loud ones are.

No I don’t think many of them have. Instead, they look to what the top activists say and repeat making the average BlueSky ally very misinformed about Jesse and the current state of youth gender medicine

Yeah, Twitter has gone crazy with right wing extremists. Likewise BlueSky is full of left wing extremists. Jesse’s followers are typically moderate democrats whose views are more in touch with the average American than extremists on either sides.
