a welfare check, ID’d the body etc. The lasting memory 4 his young teens was that email. Those kids had already endured their dad’s alcoholism. They’d lived thru yrs of temp sobriety. I don’t think anyone could expect sobriety 2 ‘fix’ what addiction had caused as effects r beyond the addicted.

Not really, it’s meant to catch those people with significant mental health issues who need full on treatment plans, and spend a lot of their wages on treatment. I can imagine ppl want to use it for their pets and make it harder for those in genuine need.

There are limited things u can for an ESA but only through the loophole of a prescribed treatment plan. So not just a prescription, but the whole shebang. Cos essentially ESAs are seen as pets.
I can see this as an OrangeSoda tax target, so if using this, make sure you’re following the rules!

I couldn’t ever work out why my late mum was anti asian accents… going through her stuff i found out she kept failing her Japanese classes while a mature age student..
That clears up a lot! If only people could be open about struggles instead of doubling down & going down the hate route instead. 😔

I am jealous! Atm I am in a two story place, & not being pro stairs, I have a very difficult cost benefit analysis 2 do before I go out 2 obtain such delights. I am debating whether I could rig a box to the railings of the verandah to accept delivery of such goods & crane them to the top. Sigh…

It’s American MAGA behaviour. It’s definitely not the behaviour of progressive Christians who you will find out there on the front lines protesting and supporting people in need. It’s really sad that MAGA have had to come up with ‘toxic empathy’ to explain away the fact that progressive Christians
