solo mode is the farthest youll get. The game is built around online only. You can see it in the way that AI is run on servers instead of being run locally on the hosts pc which is the most blatant "evidence"

They put it on hold (P2P might come tho), also the game was designed around online only so it is very hard to implement. (It's just the way it is, you can't really change it afterwards. It might happen anytime in the future tho, who knows.)

publish simple fixes like these? I geniunely want to know whats keeping your updates back so hard that it botches the entire game.

The ship is sailing folks, you had known issues on your 3.1 updates but didnt fix those? Questionable at the very least.
