i have an app on the ipad that does mid side emulation and i love it but i didnt know i could do it in audacity and i consider myself an audacity ninja so very welcome info

got it. i do a lot of effects and edits so audacity is even more effective at times than my other DAW Ableton. Question, even if you are using 1x stereo mic, if you break it up mid side like this, it should make the stereo image interesting right?

i had never done the mid side break out and i just youtubed it and it looks awesome. Thx! Also i dont know if you have ever downloaded all of the nyquist plugins for audacity but some of them are absolutely insane. A Bode Frequency shifter...for free, yes please!

i use audacity to convert everything. Its if you have PC. Otherwise i used VLC media player. that is super cool. You can rip audio from video files as well

To celebrate the start of this years "British Folk Season",
Im taking lessons with an insanely talented young English folk guitarist.

I can now kinda get most of the way through a Michael Chapman song without making loads of mistakes and my fingers are starting to work independently. Hooray!
