This take is making me so mad, I can't be polite. I'm sorry. But the graphics of Undertale were a deliberate choice, and are not merely functional, they're instrumental. It is NES and SNES nostalgia for the likes of Earthbound/Mother games. If it had flashier graphics, it would lose the entire mood.

Still, Noss Saga is cool as shit, has a multi-cultural world, a badass cosmology including astronomy aspects, cool furries, and gendered honorifics Lorr, Lurr, and Lerr, which, while I forget which are which at the moment, correspond to Male, Female, and All-Gender. I think in that order.

Arachnophobia mode makes them have cat holograms over them, and makes them give tell-tale meows. But I know what's behind the little holograms, and...it makes them harder to shoot. This honestly is preventing me from ever finishing a play-through. When I encounter them, I have to leave the game.
