#Commanders HC Dan Quinn said they're optimistic about WR Terry McLaurin (quad) having a chance to play Monday. Said WR Noah Brown (groin/knee) and RG Sam Cosmi (knee) are also trending up.

#Commanders DC Joe Whitt Jr. said "we don't need anybody to put capes on" when it comes to the defensive struggles. He's stressed with players that they need to just focus on doing their job.

#Commanders QB Jayden Daniels called the last couple weeks "tough." He said he wanted to be out there as a competitor, but he credited for HC Dan Quinn and others for having his best interests in mind.

When asked if he'll play Sunday, Daniels said "we'll see on Sunday."
