I have agoraphobia. Sometimes it gets so intense, I can't leave my house because I get overwhelmed. Other times, it's mild and I'm internally panicking. But agoraphobia is one cruel mistress.

Any time. I hope time goes quickly so you can see your doctor. Anxiety attacks can be so debilitating and essentially cripple you. 💜💜💜
