Yes, it’s simple actually! I don’t even do that criss-cross thing, I pulse in the processor now. Once it’s chilled you roll a bit, fold in 3rds, turn, roll, fold and repeat 8-10 times. Then make whatever you are making

I’ve made spinach & ricotta gluten free puff pastry rolls for school lunch tomorrow! First attempt on this although I am pretty much a gluten free puff pastry expert these days! #celiac #coeliac #GlutenFree Fingers crossed they are nice! 🤞
