I would also like to note that, as an additional measure, until I either receive permission or request for removal of the content, this playlist has been put as private so that it may not receive any further traffic.

It has recently come to my attention that my understanding of the "Fair Use" rules/laws regarding the subject at hand may have been incomplete. I have since sent a request to the parties in question for permission & have sworn to readily withdraw any/all content that violates their copywright.
