another state farm update--

got a call a little after 4PM, no doubt they were hoping I was at work.

talked with a nice sounding lady who said she's looked at their records and noted that I only recently transferred to their agency so she says I "must've talked with someone at the other agency".

It's now 3 PM. No call back and their office closes at 5.

I've been with state farm for 2 decades, paid my premiums, never filed a claim. THIS is how I'm treated?

Called today at 11 AM. Nobody answered. Outgoing message promised to contact me by "end of day". On the third attempt, I left a message--name, phone #, brief recap & a plea for a call back.

Finally got that done and contacted my new agent--Thursday before last. they took all pertinent information over the phone because they didn't "have any openings" that day for in-office visits. assured me they would email a quote.

ongoing state farm drama--

in about a week, I will have had my new car for 2 months.

Indifferent and uncooperative, they dragged their feet on changing my agent despite all their material saying it's a simple process.

She repeats in all caps her hatred of “illegals”.

She’s only concerned about healthcare now that it’s going to affect her adult children not covered by HER free healthcare.
