If you can edit 5 minutes/day of a 60 minute video that means that you will take 12 days to edit it (which is okay).
Focus on going at a good pace which you can manage instead of going "a fast as posible" and you'll get there.

I'm sure many people have told you already but thanks to the Steam Deck and getting more time in the oven, using Linux is easier than ever. Because you mostly engage in writing and gaming I would recommend Bazzite as configured for gaming and you can't break it. You won't have to open the terminal

No sé como es en ReFantazio pero en los juegos de Persona te limitan mucho el PM (es muy complicado conseguir objetos que te den PM) para que no te pases toda la mazmorra de golpe y vayas alternando entre mazmorra y socializar

Es una pantalla de tablet asi que no creo que te la cargues a no ser que hagas presión
