Had to stick him somewhere while still maintaining 5 digimon per DLC pack, and he wouldn't fit in any better with DLC Pack 3 since we already know what that's gonna be.

Not sure exactly what you're struggling with, but I always recommend having a team of balanced types (2 vaccine, 2 data, 2 virus) so you're never caught in an awkward spot of having no/minimal type effectiveness.
