I don't think it's worse than it was under Lori (2021 was very very bad) but every other system in the country has had a better post-pandemic recovery than the CTA and that lack of progress mostly happened on Johnson's watch

I'd much rather ride contra-flow on a typical Chicago one-way than ride with car traffic in a painted door zone bike lane (like the ones on Kenmore and Winthrop through Edgewater)
