Guarantee - all those vowels and their ordering is mighty suspicious 😆

Excited to share the 1st High-Level Science Product release from the Rocky Words DDT! Each RWDDT eclipse will result in HLSPs which you can use for preliminary science investigations or as a starting point for your own reduction/fit. Awesome work by Tyler Baines, Achrène Dyrek, and the RWDDT CIT

There does seem to be some spectrally-correlated noise in MIRI/LRS time-series spectra. The impact is reduced for larger bin sizes, and the bin sizes used for K2-18b seem largely reasonable to me at first glance. More details about LRS spectrally-correlated noise in Bell+2024 and Welbanks+2024.

Well stated caveats and discussion Chris, and sorry you were treated this way. Glad the BBC had you on as well!

Hey, artists, in case you were wondering if your work matters: I'm a scientist working on climate change and biodiversity, and I would not be who I am today without The Lorax, The Secret of NIMH, Watership Down, The Last Unicorn, and The X-Files. I know I'm not alone. Thank you for all you do.

Literally moments away from being safely transported to Maryland on a big auto transport truck, our car got rear ended while stationary... Thankfully still drivable and en route to Maryland, but really not what we were hoping for today...

Proud to see the special collection of Transiting Exoplanet Community Early Release Science papers out (all open-access)! www.nature.com/collections/...

This has been such a whirlwind of effort over the last few years, with a great team - it's hard to even imagine the pre-JWST era now.

You inspired me to get one almost a year ago, and I've been really glad to have it in our apartment that lacks any air circulation. CO2 used to get crazy high back when my MIL was living in our living room and my partner and I were both working from home in our small bedroom

What was the verdict? Did you end up enjoying it in the end?

I know taking B12 also helped my mom to the point where she doesn't even need iron supplements
taylorbell275.bsky.social
I take iron pills every other day (supposed to be more effective than daily) on an empty stomach - gradually increases my levels enough to support my vegan diet and quarterly blood donations
