Sooner than later investors will want to see a return. Hopefully Bluesky finds a way to be sustainable that maintains the quality of the platform. I think Reddit did alright but it took a long time for the moderation to even out

Meta and Reddit are publicly traded and so was Twitter until it was bought out. Bluesky isn't generating any revenue from users but is exploring different ways to sustain the platform.

I hope that they can find a way that keeps Bluesky the best platform!

Mozilla is in trouble - the majority of their funding comes from Google paying them to use Google search.

Worst case scenario is that a tech company like Meta buys Chrome and FireFox dies.

qalc is great! But I definitely use the GUI version Qalculate! much more frequently. It's available in both GTK+ and Qt. It got me through my digital logic course
