I has a good boss. Just spoke with him about taking Jan 2nd off. It's not going to be busy, as I suspect most places will take it off. And... I'm on call anyway, so... I can take care of anything that pops up. And do it from home!! :) (got our Xmas bonuses, too, which was also very nice)

My family doc is going to send me to a surgeon, and hopefully it won't take long. The first one didn't. Gods, if they can do this before Xmas I would love it.

Was just outside to put the antlers back on the Jeep (I broke one yesterday cleaning the snow off - the dad fixed it for me). I have to say - it's fucking cold.
And, it's going to get colder.
