Are you saying you’re a victim of RAMCOA because of CRT or because you’re a survivor of RAMCOA that CRT triggers you? I’m asking because I’m not understanding how the two correlate.

It sounds like you’re internalizing your anxiety and it’s causing you to catastrophize. No one cares if you’re white and no one expects you to apologize for something you cannot change. Unless you’re doing or saying something disparaging or offensive, you don’t owe anyone an apology. 🤷♀️

I’ve been open to people about a part of my family being slave owners back in the day and not ONCE have I ever had someone tell me to apologize to them. So what are you doing to make people ask that of you? 🤨

I may be bias, but I’ve never watched a bad season of Taskmaster. If game shows aren’t your vibe, I highly recommend Man Down and The Cleaner.
