So true about traffic engineers falling to build safe roads. This intersection in Bradenton FL is so big that the county puts four crossing guards there every morning in a feeble attempt to keep kids safe and slow down traffic. It’s a failure.

There is a potential conflict in prosecuting Trump. But the alternative of not prosecuting is worse. It would allow every future president to ignore the law while in office, knowing they cannot be prosecuted.
In this country no one is above the law, not even the president.
