These are such good points. I understand the temptation to use technology to extend our memories, but it'll also create a false sense of connection which could really interfere with people's processing of grief.

Every time you talk to someone about "what we did before" things like commercially available formula the answer is "babies died" (or suffered nutritional deficiencies, or or). I can tell you every household manual from the 19th c back has recipes for replacements for breast milk. Not a new issue.

Someone desperately wants to write the next 'Sex in the City', but no one wants to even think about the sex she's had, and whom she's had it with.
