Total guess but I’m thinking some industrial process measurement equipment using it as a gamma source. Fault with the equipment gives a specific date/batch exposure might have happened

my wife is on actemra (hasn’t tried tyenne) and has moderate injection site reactions. nothing anaphylactic. she minimizes it with a Benadryl 20-30m before the shot. (she reacts to basically everything though)
