The biggest thing I can offer is try not to pay the anxiety any mind. Feel it. But then let it pass. It took me forever to figure it out but once I earned some degree of impartiality to whatever my brain was up to , it helped so much.

The discomfort is the whole point in the beginning!

But I cannot begin to express how much better it got. It was not to long ago the condition had me so debilitated that life and death didn't really look too different from each other.

Stick with it. I could never have dreampt that I would have made so many changes.
