We’ve already heard from one organization that stands to lose $333K in funds that would’ve improved climate resiliency on one of our most vulnerable islands.

This is fucking demented: Judge said “The deal is no longer merely ‘proposed’ but done, rendering plaintiffs' requested relief moot as to that property.”
