If SCOTUS actually believed in the unitary executive theory, they wouldn’t have stopped Biden from doing fairly mild things like forgiving some student loans.

As a member of ‘the public’ I would demand that Rand Paul initiate impeachment proceedings against all of them top to bottom. It’s going to take Republicans to stop this since they run all of the branches of govt at this point.
