i wouldn’t wish this on my absolute worst enemy. it’s a different type of hell to be instantly terrified whenever i hear a door open, the sound of the stairs creaking, and so much more. i’ve made such an awful backslide in my c-ptsd recovery and i don’t know if i can come back from this..

my home and my happiness are 700 miles away from me. i just want to go home. i miss my dog. i miss my fiancé. i miss safety..i miss being happy. i miss my home

i just have to hold on for a few more days. i honestly just want nothing more than to bury myself in my fiancé’s chest. but..until then, i have to try to survive.

i never thought i’d go through this again. being too afraid to eat, to speak, to move….i promised myself when i finally escaped at age 18 i’d never let myself feel this way again. and yet, here i am at 22. i feel like i let younger Min down.

i understand that my dad is deeply ill. but having him revert back into the man i spent years terrified of dragged me into a spot mentally i haven’t been to since i was a child. i’m currently locked in my room, and i’ll most likely be here until the 26th
