Yeah, same. It's slow right now. I just don't think senior leadership understand AI isn't up to the level they think it is.

That's the same for my company, and I'm in financial services. We haven't had our review yet, but the company is pretty strict about us all using it so I'm pretty sure they would fire us if we didn't. They also have town halls always touting anything built with AI.

Its soon going to be a requirement in the finance industry, they will just expect anyone applying to know AI.

A lot of businesses are even forcing their workforce to use it. I work at a big international bank and they have requirements for all employees to use it and be trained. Your bonus and performance are docked if you don't meet requirements (btw, I'm not even IT).
