Based off of SwapDream, Rusicay is more of an idol type cult! They want to be seen and adored and respected, but they DO do actual good with helping others. Sibling, Pyxilay, does a lot of healing and they help people find resources. Rusicay is prone to bursts of anger, but 'soothes' afterward.
