At this point they should try. Make every effort to do their jobs and I've been saying that there should be a number of congresspeople sufficient for a quorum. Maybe thats not an option legally, but seems to me the way to counteract this constitutional crisis would be to fight fire with fire.

Its been a depressing year for all the shit that are now technically government records. Books will be written in the future specifically about the lies and unhinged rants this administration has put on the internet, along with sections on how the hatch act was ignored at every turn.

It'll just turn into dates for various appeals. No one's gonna face consequences, much less jail time, for failing to obey the court. Its all words and paperwork.
