FYI this is done through a private packagist that you must pay for.

The issue queue is being moved to git.drupalcode.org. That has to be completed before moving off D7 and the "project" module.
There are issue queues for the development of the website. I don't recall exactly where but I'm sure you can find out what progress has been made so far.
