The Dems are trying to save our healthcare. Even Trump knows it. It’s why he won’t even negotiate.

Despite having owned a dog or two, I'm truly a cat person. Funny enough, I've never actually owned a cat! If I were to visit that store and find a cat I connected with, I'd happily spend time there, a purring friend on my lap as I read, (1/2)

Since Literary Cat Co. opened in Kansas about a year and a half ago, 32 of the store’s foster cats have been adopted by bookstore customers.

AOC: I saw on Fox, Jeanine Pirro says that they found so many babies and two year olds and four year olds receiving social security. I got a notice for you Jeanine Pirro: those babies receive social security because their parents died. That’s not a waste. That’s humanity. That’s America.

Of course, reading on an e-ink reader is always better. I own a few of them: Boox Air 2, Kobo Libra Color, and Kindle Oasis, first-gen.

Congratulations, Trump, on causing the Dow Jones to drop over 1,000 points after declaring a trade war and imposing higher tariffs on multiple countries.
April 3, 2025 at 4:20 PM
In the first 100 days of Trump's presidency, the U.S. economy saw around 533,000 new jobs added. In contrast, during Biden's first 100 days, approximately 1.57 million jobs were created, the highest for any presidency since 1939.

Is it amazing? Biden is still the most outstanding president ever.

Someone on Twitter suggests that Trump could achieve the impossible. He stated that we should no longer trust the experts if Trump's tariffs succeed. However, history shows that heavy tariffs have been tried before and didn’t work out well.

Thirteen days ago, I checked out V.E. Schwab's 'The Near Witch' (254 pages) from the library thru Libby. Now, with only 8 days left, I'm only 32% done! The deadline is looming, and I'm a bit stressed. I'm aiming for 25 pages a day to finish. It's been enjoyable so far, so I'm determined to make it!

I've started watching 'Holland,' the psychological thriller, on Amazon Prime. It's about a woman, played by Nicole Kidman, whose seemingly perfect life in Holland, Michigan, takes a dark turn. I'm halfway through and looking forward to seeing how it ends this week. Stay tuned for my thoughts on it.

January 20, 2025 at 6:22 PM
I couldn’t help but wonder—if Elon Musk hadn’t played a role, would Trump have still won the election? Was his victory inevitable, or did Musk’s influence create a ripple effect that changed everything?

No matter what Trump does, it will never serve the greater good—his actions are consistently driven by self-interest and disregard for the truth.
