When something gets posted here as a fact, we need to put links or citations with it. I've seen more and more schadenfreude bait that people like to jump on with no actual facts to be found with simple searches. This is how the sycophants got hooked and how the other platforms operate and thrive.

When you are pardoned for a crime, you lose your 5th amendment right for testimony related to said crime. This is why the turd didn't blanket pardon its offspring the first time around. Might make for some interesting depositions. Brown Vs Walker
