Good man! Here here. Things can always be worse. In my head in most situations you can do 1 of 3 things:
1. Be the problem.
2. Not participate.
3. Be a solution.
No matter how bad things get, or how sad I am... I owe it to my kids to be a solution if not for me, for them.
