The only bad thing I've experienced since I quit drinking is realizing I had suppressed physical anxiety that I never knew I had. There are good and bad days and I hate the meds I have to take for it. But better the medication than what I was putting in my body before.

I bought one of those fitbit wrist thingies that keeps track of your steps, calories, heart rate etc. it also tells the time and I'm still not willing to stop wearing a watch on my opposite wrist. There are no boundaries here folks.
