Carol is the Hummingbird Whisperer. Various species of hummingbirds dart around and settle on her hand, drawn by the cup of sugar water. We were in Mindo, Ecuador, where many of the country's 1,700 species of hummingbird can be found. Ecuador's biodiversity is amazing.
