Not entirely, it does have fundamental value. Its gross profit is flat over 4 years at about 2/3 that of Ford's, so its enterprise value should about 120 billion. (Ford's is 160B). The stock should price at about $30 per share. (assuming the sales don't tank due to the anger against the CEO).

Rent in Manhattan is too expensive. Pave over the park for more housing is the only solution.
