8. The form factor of large, flat PV panels is great, but see #7, many roof planes can't accommodate any or enough panels to make it worth it. We need to be able to cover all roofs and walls with PV producing material.

6. I agree that parking lots and really all built surfaces should be PV electric producing surfaces. Who pays? The cost of parking lot canopy solar is 3x to 4x the price of utility scale solar due to scale and complexity.
