When buying a house ~12 years ago, my first question on any property was “how did it handle the 2008 flood?”

Didn’t expect the 2020 derecho to be the most direct damage caused to the house.

Our mobile snow measurer (Chloe the Shiba) has determined the depth to be belly height.

For orgo in undergrad we had to write a paper on synthesis of a secondary amine, and I picked methamphetamine.

My orgo prof said absolutely not.

It’s one of the real advantages of being at a community college.

Occasionally you’ll get a double section, so it’ll be 48 people in a lecture, but a second lab section is added.
