Circadian rhythms are so weird! I’m a night owl and rarely in bed before 1 or 2 am, but my internal clock will only let me sleep for 6 hours and then I’m wide awake. And I can’t nap either - it makes me groggy and mean😂

It has a lovely lavender scent and it’s really for spraying your pillow/sheets at night to help you sleep lol
