We cannot reduce our cost of living and stimulate our own economy at the expense of the human rights and dignities of others. We must use our ethics and guiding principles in challenging times.
A major reason some imports are “cost effective” isn’t because the company is reducing their profit margins - the workers are being subjected to workplace, environmental, and financial standards that Canadians do not, would not, and should not accept.

Also, PP being against these backroom deals for poaching MPs saying Canadians didn’t vote for a majority government when his own riding didn’t vote for him and he pulled his reelection nonsense is painfully hypocritical.

I don’t like the back room deals for forming a majority government, but when you have an opposition that refuses to oppose based on values and constituents’ beliefs versus opposing to oppose, that’s when this sketchy stuff happens.
